Public institution National regions developing agency 16-17 May, 2012, in Kupiskis social foster home (Kupiskis region, Snipeliskis village) organized 16 h duration seminar for social workers and social workers assistants in subject “Personal and interpersonal relationships creation in social interaction” (code 596870827). Seminar was hosted by Public institutions National regions development agency’s Psychological and career consulting department’s manager – psychologist Virginija Servutiene, which has long years of social workers trainings and social risk families, guardians, disabled people’s (children and adults), old age people practical consulting experience.

7 December 2011, in Siauliai university library occurred third “Career’s academic students” seminar “Planning the career and future’s perspectives”, which was hosted by Public institution “National region development agency’s” Psychological and career’s consulting departments’ career’s consultant Diana Armaliene.

Seminar‘s host helped with mind, that planning the career is never too late. During the seminar crowded from students of Siauliai S. Salkauskio, “Sauletekis”, S. Daukantas gymnasiums and Vijoliai middle school learned that planning the career is very important clearly define the goal we bring in our mind that is important to achieve it, also, there is important wish because a wish shows the direction of planning the career. During the seminar were discussions, given a lot of practical examples.

Today‘s pace of life, inside concern have an influence to activity‘s success. Negative provisions strengthening conflicts possibility, unbalance human’s inside resources, strengths directed into defence. The business success depends from every positive mood, interpersonal harmony, in the psychological comfort team. By developing personality’s potential we enable resistance to environment’s obstacles. Teachers of success say: “There is a lack of happiness – concern about self-improvement”.

We get emotional from each other. Laughing human fascinate by his smile, anger present anxiety.

We can control these processes. Ability positively reacts to our selves and environments problems help to recognise emotional immunity. It strengthens self-esteem and confidence, real life’s changes acceptance, active “I” position, positive minds. Important to pay attention to successes not loses, consciously control and put away anxiety and anger. Immunity is always ready for that. Instead of “I don’t want to get sick” – better repeat “I’m healthy” that makes an impact to mind work for us. Self-esteem’s need today is especially relevant. Positive reaction to events and life is constantly educating: purposefully trainings, effective communication, organized events in the teams contribute to its participants emotional immunity’s strengthening and business success.
